We are currently experiencing problems with our phone lines, due to a telegraph pole being demolished by a car about three weeks ago!! Despite BT telling me its fixed about 4 times a day, there is still no pole and therefopre no lines!! We have all of our phone lines diverted onto a mobile, but that does mean that one mobile is trying to answer all the calls from two lines for the whole business!! To say its chaos is an understatement.
